Course contents:
• Auxotonic method
• Application of the auxotonic method to Canali machines
• Functional evaluation method
• Routine creation and work sessions
• Practical tests on machines
In addition to refresher courses, specific workshops will focus on nine training routines and on the application of the new concepts learned during the courses, utilizing Canali System machines with traditional training equipment.
